Why can’t I be the fun mom? The fun parent? The fun anything? As a kid, I was never really the life of the party. I would sit quietly at a party observing, but never really participating. Or at least, that’s how I remember it.

My mission in life is to help women become free. Free from overeating, binge eating, chronic dieting, chronic exercising, food rules, poor health and looking in the mirror and only ever seeing their “problem areas”.
I spent way too many years obsessing about “health” which, for me, turned out to be, codeword for thin. I put so much energy into food and body that it pulled me away from what I wanted most in life.
