I used to think that the ignorance of my youth referred to my bad decisions in my teens and twenties. I now know that, even when I'm 80, I will be ignorant of something. Hopefully, I will be educated on the matter and no longer be ignorant, because we're always learning and growing.

My mission in life is to help women become free. Free from overeating, binge eating, chronic dieting, chronic exercising, food rules, poor health and looking in the mirror and only ever seeing their “problem areas”.
I spent way too many years obsessing about “health” which, for me, turned out to be, codeword for thin. I put so much energy into food and body that it pulled me away from what I wanted most in life.
