Skincare was a little bit of a different story, but not much. Occasionally I would indulge myself in something that looked natural and promised to help stop my wrinkles in their tracks. My mission in life is to help women become free. Free from overeating, binge eating, chronic dieting, chronic exercising, food rules, poor health and looking in the mirror and only ever seeing their “problem areas”.
I spent way too many years obsessing about “health” which, for me, turned out to be, codeword for thin. I put so much energy into food and body that it pulled me away from what I wanted most in life.
